On a beautifully sunny Sunday, our visitors Bristol Greenbank won the friendly game (easily). Everyone enjoyed the wonderful weather and we were left wondering why global warming has seen poorer summers in England, something to do with the Gulfstream shifting apparently.

Thank you to Brian for stepping in as captain for the day. He had the unenviable task of awarding his own rink the Smarties. Two times out of two for Brian.

Everyone enjoyed the day, as was heard with plenty of banter going on, and thank you to Bristol Greenbank for being such lovely visitors. Didn't they look smart in their club colours ?

Thank you to those who provided the food, Roy, Margaret, Ann, Bernard and Neil, well done ! And thank you to Roger for ensuring the Club Flag was flying, well hanging limply due to the lack of wind.
