To remind you that there is Special General Meeting on Sunday 14th November at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse.
There are two items on the agenda
1. Election of Club Officers and Committee Members
There is a form on the noticeboard in the clubhouse if anyone wants to stand for election as a club officer (5) or a committee member (4). All are welcome.
2. Presentation on the recommendation to change the legal structure
A short overview of the recommendation to change the legal structure of the club, from an "unincorporated association" to a "company limited by guarantee", will be presented. The committee members will be available to answer questions or to receive feedback from the members. Any feedback is welcomed as it will enable the recommendation to be improved.
It is planned to present the final recommendation at the Annual General Meeting in February 2022. This is when the club members will vote to change the legal structure or not.

There are limited car parking spaces at the club. If possible, please park in Cross Hayes. It is a short walk from Cross Hayes, down Silver Street, to the club house.
