Following a Extraordinary General Meeting held on 6th March 2026, Medstead Fete Committee is being wound up. This decision is linked to the establishment of Medstead Village Trust, a registered charity, who will organise the Medstead Fete for July 2026 and thereafter.

Prior to March 2026, the Fete Committee held an AGM every year with the Chair providing a review of the year, the Accounts were presented by the Treasurer and Grant Applications were received.
