Medstead Fete is organised on behalf of the Medstead Village Trust.

Medstead Village Trust distributes fundraising monies raised on its behalf to local charitable organisations

Full application details will be shared in due course but in summary, written applications for funding are accepted ahead of the AGM each year.

Guidelines for allocation of funds:

  1. All applications must be received IN WRITING by the publicised deadline.
  2. A full explanation of how the funds will be spent should be given.
  3. No applications will be considered after the AGM has taken place
  4. No verbal applications will be considered at any time.
