Medstead Parish Council

Parish Liaison Meetings

11.45am on 22nd September 2017

To all residents, business owners, etc who live or work in the Lymington Bottom Road area and have been/will be/ could be affected by the three developments being carried out there by Miller Homes, CALA Homes and Beechcroft.

There is a liaison meeting in Medstead Village Hall on 22nd September 2017 at 11.45am. Representatives from all three developers should be in attendance.

They have said they will only answer questions that are put in writing, so if you have any questions please put in writing by email to the Parish Clerk at clerk.medsteadpc@gmail.com by 7th September 2017. Even if you can not make that meeting but want to ask anything of one or all of them I will make sure it is read out on the day if you email the clerk.

Please spread this around as much as you can.

As before, it is an opportunity to further ask the developers things like when do they expect to be finished, why is there so much mud on the road etc? It is not for complaining about too many houses or the type of houses, as they are things that have already been passed by EHDC but is a way of getting your concerns, etc across to them on a face to face basis.
