Lawn Bowls

Our Men play in the West Surrey Saturday League, promoted to 1st division for 2023.

Our Ladies play in the West Surrey Ladies League [WSLL] and the Sapphire Cup, 1st division. 

We have a mixed team in the Three Counties Bowls Fellowship League. Milford were third in DIV 1 in 2023 and won the Presidents Cup competition.

We have one mixed team in the Thursday afternoon triples and play approx.16 games in the season.

We play league games on Saturdays; if no league games we schedule friendlies which we also play on Sundays and some weekday afternoons or evenings. On average we look to have 22 home and 22 away friendly games in a season.

In the winter season we play short mat.  We compete in the Surrey 2 wood pairs, Merrow league, Woking Borough league and the SHAB (Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire|) league, plus friendlies against other clubs home & away games. Milford won the Merrow league in 2022.

Also in the winter season we play indoor friendlies, long mat, against Clubs in Camberley, Basingstoke, Horsham, Alton, Tolworth and Egham.

This year we also return to the Shalford Autumn & Spring leagues. This is played at Shalford on their newly relaid all weather surface; Milford won both the Autumn league 2022 and the Spring League 2023.
