Proposed Affordable Rural Housing in Newington & Peene Parish

English Rural are proposing to design, build and manage a small development in Newington Road of three affordable rented homes for local people. The scheme would comprise the following homes:

2 x two bedroom flats
1 x two bedroom house

In addition, they are proposing 1 x 'Custom Build Plot' for cross subsidy of the affordable homes.
