A website has been developed to provide information about the support which is available for armed forces families who are experiencing domestic abuse. The site includes a practitioners handbook.

Rushmoor Nepali Domestic Abuse Support Service
This service enables Nepali domestic abuse victims who have no or little English language skills to access support, information and safety planning. The service also delivers presentations to help practitioners understand the cultural issues when working with domestic abuse in the Nepali community.

A booklet has been produced to help explain what domestic abuse is and is illustration based with Nepalese translation.
Healthy / unhealthy relationsip sessions in schools
Sessions are held in Rushmoor and Hart schools to provide information for students about how they can keep safe if they are living in a household where there is domestic abuse, how to spot signs that a dating relationship may be becoming abusive and where they can get help and support.
BIG Research Project
The forum, with the support of BIG has undertaken a pilot research project, in partnership with the University of Bristol to investigating the need for research to explore links between the impact of war and domestic abuse.
