The Parish Council is the first tier of local government in England, representing the views of the community, developing ideas and projects that will benefit the village, delivering services to improve the quality of life and assisting with the management of the day to day affairs of the village.
Planning - Highways - Traffic - Community Safety - Dog Fouling - Footpaths - Village Assets
Offwell has nine members who are elected by the local community every four years and who serve on a voluntary basis.
The Parish Council is consulted by local planning authorities on all planning applications within the parish.
