Overton Community Centre
Overton Community Centre sits at the heart of the Hampshire village of Overton. The Community Centre has a number of rooms available for hire and is home to several community groups and activities. Permanent residents include the Library and playgroup. The Club Room has space for presentations, group meetings or exhibitions.
Overton Community Centre was built as a primary school in 1868. In 1978, the school moved and the Community Centre opened. It has been run for the benefit of the community since then.

*WE NEED A NEW VOLUNTEER TREASURER - Could it be you?*
We are looking for someone to join our small friendly group of Trustees & become our new Treasurer (Robert Challen is stepping down after several years service - thanks Robert!) We meet no more than once every 2-3 months.
The role involves:
- dealing with receipts & invoices;
- keeping Trustees aware of the financial position of our charity;
- paying our bills & preparing our end of year accounts.
(The current Treasurer also liaises with our insurer & energy suppliers.)
Position would suit someone who's keen to make a difference in our community & who has a little time to give.
If you're interested or would like more info, please contact Chair of Trustees: Paula Baker for an informal chat, using the website's contact form. She'd love to hear from you! :)
