Rink Diary
Dear all,
The ongoing COVID situation has meant that we need to track our comings and goings more than we used to. In addition to this a lot of bowls clubs have moved to an on-line diary for Rink Bookings and we felt that we should investigate this for our usage. This will also allow members who are further away from the ground to book rinks remotely without having to travel to the ground.
To access the new RBS BC Rink Diary website please follow the link below. It will require you to register but the process is simple and straight forward. Members of the Ladies and Men's committees have tested it and have found it so. At the moment I am the administrator so your details come to me and access is approved by me.

Below is a short YouTube video which I hope will explain how registering works and how to book rinks. Note that the time periods used in the video are different to the ones we have set for RBS BC.

I have also attached a Manual (see attached) for the system if you would prefer to read this.
The regular club competitions will continue to be posted centrally by the administrators and committee members with responsibility for them. The Rink Diary will allow members to book their own greens for other competitions and roll ups etc. This system will go live on the 1st June 2021 and the paper diary will cease to be used.
If you have any queries please contact me.
Thanks
