Mike Day and Andrew Nicholson along with help from Steve Ball and Steve Grose ran a coaching session at the request of the ladies. 18 ladies took part and covered amongst other things weight, reading the head and drawing the shot. Our 2 hour session ran for 2 and a half hours but was very much enjoyed by all.
