If you have not already heard the news, the appeal made by Gladman Planning in respect of the development of the Land West of Town road will now be heard at a Public Inquiry.

The Inquiry will be held at the Medway Council Offices, Gun Wharf, Chatham and will start at 10 am on Tuesday 28 November, we would urge as many people as possible to attend. This is your last chance to influence the decision makers and save the beautiful land around your village.

It has also been announced that the decision will now be made by the Secretary of State and that the Planning Inspector will report at the end of the Inquiry. We have now updated our Appeal Information Menu, the above information can be seen in the official documentation. Link

The Medway Planning portal also has all related documents. Link

The Planning Inspectorate website has the basic information for the appeal. Link.
