We do not usually carry personal information, but we are following a suggestion that in the present circumstances this notice will be appreciated.

Thursday March 25th Funeral of Thomas Knowles 11am Beetham Hall Crematorium

Many people within the Selside community will wish to remember Lenore and all Thomas's family at the time of the funeral. Attendance at the service itself will be severely limited by current regulations.

The cortège will pass south through Selside on the A6 soon after 10am, slowing especially when passing the Memorial Hall. Anyone wishing to pay their respects in memory of Thomas along the route should bear in mind their own safety and the safety of others, aware of the regulations and restrictions currently in place due to COVID-19.

Donations in memory of Thomas will be divided between Selside Memorial Hall and St Thomas' Church.

Coronavirus: We will be doing our best to keep this page updated with any changes to our activities in the community and at the Memorial Hall.

Selside WI is keeping members in touch with each other, but is unable to meet at present.
