#10-1 - 11th November 2020(UK Shed Show)
"It's not all that difficult to be compassionate when you've been the beneficiary of compassion in your lowest moments ... because when you know how much it meant to you, you know how much it mattered." US President Elect Joe Biden
On the show today we we’re delighted to be joined by some Shedders from the Monash Men’s Shed in Melbourne, Australia – One of the largest Sheds in the area.
Their Men’s Shed re-opened yesterday (10th November 2020)
The Australian city of Melbourne exited lockdown two weeks ago after recording no new Covid-19 cases for the first time since June. They had been in lockdown for 112 days.
Australia is the home of Men’s Sheds – It’s where they started, and we’re very grateful for their support we get here in the UK from Australian Sheds, and the Australian Men’s Sheds Association.
In the studio today we have five Shedders from Melbourne - Greg Male , Daniel Roper, Colin Chippindill , Phil Terry & Aden Green from the Monash Men’s Shed, and in our virtual studio in the UK Kate Gordon – The UK Men’s Sheds Association Shed Development Manager and PJ a Frome Tech Shedder and Frome FM volunteer here in the UK.
