Ex-Military Service Veterans need!

On Wednesday 5th April Royal British Legion Industries are holding an Information and Advice Day at the Oasis Academy in Sheerness aimed at engaging with and supporting older (over 65 years old) ex-Military Service Veterans living in the Swale area.

Currently there are no definitive records of how many older Military Veterans there are living in the area, where they are or what needs they may have.

The day will bring together local organisations and services that support this age group,  Military and historic organisations and health check and wellbeing support groups.

We would ask you to please support this event by promoting it on your website – using the attached and by disseminating the information to any local community groups you may be in touch with to help us get invitation out to older Military Veterans to attend the day.
