When are our meetings ?
Members of the public are more than welcome to attend our meetings and should contact the Clerk if possible to allow for us to arrange for seating etc in the hall.
Shute Parish Council meets approximately every six weeks, now on a Wednesday evening evening, starting at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated.
Because Shute is a long thin, rural parish with a mostly scattered population except for Whitford we move our meetings so we are near most residents twice or three times in a year. Meetings generally alternate between the Umborne Hall, St Michaels Church, Shute and the Whitford Village Hall.
