Tai chi & Qigong are deeply relaxing, calming and energising and a joy to learn, while improving your health & fitness.  This year focuses on Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong (simplified yang style tai chi combined with qigong exercise) as ideal entry level form - very easy, gentle and smoothly flowing movement harmonising with the breath - for health and spiritual development, to open and cleanse meridians, calm the mind, release stress and energise the whole system. We practise outdoors when fine.  We end with a short, seated meditation.  Patient, enthusiastic, experienced, qualified teacher & a relaxed and friendly class. Handouts and ongoing support.
