If you comment to the Borough Council on plans we would welcome a copy of your letter which will inform our discussions. The Parish Council is always happy to discuss draft plans before you submit them to the Borough Council.  The Planning Committee however can only make a decision when it receives a planning application.

Ashford Borough Council determines all planning applications.  The Parish Council receives all planning applications relating to the parish and discusses them at the monthly Parish Council meeting and at an additional monthly Planning meeting. To view applications go to:
