The Parish Council wishes to inform residents that the Consultation Statement concerning the South Huish Neighbourhood Development Plan has now been circulated to all properties within the South Huish parish.
This Statement specifically addresses Policy 3: Principal Residence Restriction, which applies to new housing developments within the parish.

Residents are invited to submit comments or feedback by 00:00 on 22 September 2025.
