It’s not only in the time of COVID-19 we need to be able to listen and support each other and we are delighted to be welcoming back Liz and Stuart, from Inner Compass CIC, in the New Year. They will help us get in touch with our inner resilience and discover the first steps to becoming a wellbeing listener in our community. For those who have already attended an introduction a new session is available - Wellbeing Listening in Action - to further develop your skills.

Wellbeing Listening Introduction

These Workshops have proved extremely popular with Volunteers and Community Groups having being accessed by over 80 of you. We are pleased to be able to offer a further 2 Introduction Sessions in the New Year.

7th January 2021 - 10.30 – 12.30

2nd March 2021 - 1-3pm

Wellbeing Listening in Action

28th January 10.30-1pm

This is suitable for people who have engaged in the Wellbeing Listener Introduction and who would like to further develop their Wellbeing Listener skills. Revisiting the philosophy of the Well Being Listening approach, participants will have the opportunity of trying out Wellbeing Listening in smaller supported groups.
