Vacancy for a Councillor - Speldhurst Parish Council

1. A vacancy has occurred on the above Council caused by the resignation of Councillor Price
2. A by-election will be held if, within 14 days (by 26th May 2020 - not counting Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the date below, ten electors for the Parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer
3. If an election is requested, a poll cannot currently take place until the 6 May 2021 as a result of the Local Government and Police and Crime Commissioner (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections and Referendums) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 and the Coronavirus Act 2020
