BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS:
REGULAR USERS - MONTHLY ON ACCOUNT.
PRIVATE/COMMERCIAL - HOLDING DEPOSIT OF £25 FOR MAIN HALL, £6.00 FOR COMMITTEE ROOM AND ANNEX.
BALANCE PAYABLE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO HALL BOOKING.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A RETURNABLE DEPOSIT ON THE MAIN HALL.

CHARGES WILL BE MADE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR BREAKAGES, AS WELL AS OVER RUNNING TIME.
ALL RENTALS ARE FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS
HIRERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN 3RD PARTY LIABILITIES IN ALL RESPECTS
