TOM CANHAM'S 100TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS - 1 JULY 2024

The club celebrated life member Tom Canham's forthcoming 100th birthday with a roll-up and a party. Tom had been bowling regularly until a couple of years previously but showed he had not lost his touch as he was able to join in the roll-up. It was a great occasion and Tom enjoyed himself correcting club chairman Dave Boyns on some details in his speech.

After Tom’s celebration a presentation was made to Janet & Colin Goldsworthy to mark their 50th wedding anniversary also happening in early July.
