Agenda for the forthcoming meeting

A calendar of meetings for 2023/24 is below.

Annual Parish Meeting followed by the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council: Monday 20th May at 7.30pm

Meetings usually commence promptly at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, St John the Baptist Church, and the agenda will be published on the website on the Wednesday prior to the meeting, and added to the noticeboards as soon as possible afterwards. Alternate Parish Council meetings have a limited agenda with a focus on planning applications. Therefore, these are subject to cancellation and the April meeting has been cancelled for this reason. The following meeting will be on 17th June 2024 (reduced agenda for planning)

The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity to hear the Chairman's report on the last 12 months of activity, see the annual accounts report and take part in a Q&A about the work of the the Parish Council. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend any of the monthly meetings, and a short public participation session is held before the meeting starts for residents to raise any concerns or suggestions regarding Parish Council business. If you are unable to attend, you can contact either the Parish Clerk or a Parish Councillor to share your views.

You can notify the Parish Clerk if you are planning to attend at: clerk@stadhampton.org or Tel: 07717 134606
