We have written to you before in regards to this year’s Community Tree Scheme, however, due to the unprecedented number of people who were involved in ordering within the first few hours of it opening, you may have been unable to make your own application in time or notify those that would have been interested. I am very pleased to be able to tell you that Shropshire Council has secured additional funding for the Scheme, meaning we are able to re-open to provide extra free trees to interested parties who have not made a previous application for this year’s Scheme.

You can submit your order at this location (with the minor difference that you can only order up to 5 bundles of hedgerow mix): www.shropshire.gov.uk/environment/trees-woodlands-and-hedges/shropshire-council-community-tree-scheme-202021/. We cannot guarantee that the composition of the tree bundles that you order will be exactly as advertised (because of availability of certain species provided by the nursery), but we will substitute with similar suitable species as appropriate to make up your order.

If you are still interested please fill in the form and submit your application as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that the scheme will remain open any longer than the last time due to the popularity! Thank you for your interest and we look forward to receiving your completed application form soon!

Kind regards,
