Over recent weeks we have noticed an increase in the theft of Ford Fiesta's normally ranging with the age of 2007-2018. The vehicles being stolen are the keyless. Since Ford declared that they are no longer making the Fiesta the vehicles have been a popular choice for theft. In fact the ford fiesta was the most stolen vehicle in the UK for 2022

You might be worried at this stage and will be thinking how I can stop my Fiesta from being stolen!

Top tips

· Keep your keys in a signal proof container, some people use the fridge, some the microwave or you can get special signal blocking material pouches, ether way keep your keys somewhere where the signal cannot be copied.

· Consider where you park your fiesta at night. In a garage or on your drive is best but if nothing else make sure your space is well lit. considering CCTV that might be covering your car.

· Get a steering lock or an immobiliser with a key code.

If your fiesta is stolen or tampered with make sure to call us or report on line at the earliest convenience so that we can investigate.
