'In This Together - Community Matters Fund'
Stoke St Milborough Parish Council
We’re writing to you to offer our support during the current Coronavirus outbreak.
As the electricity distribution company in your area, we are doing everything we can to ensure we can keep the lights on – and part of that is looking after the 1.9 million customers on our Priority Services Register (PSR) who might find a power cut difficult, or who are medically dependent on electricity
Supporting you to support your community
We work hard to update and maintain accurate PSR data and we want to make that count by assisting local authorities and community groups to reach and support those who need it most during the pandemic.
While we must always ensure our core GDPR compliance requirements are in place, we may be able to enter into an agreement allowing you to temporarily hold address data from our PSR to further support and benefit customers who have registered with us (this excludes sending them marketing or promotions).
Information about the PSR can be viewed at www.westernpower.co.uk/PSR where you can also help customers to register. If you would like to request PSR data for a specific area, please contact PSR@westernpowersupport.com.
