What we are doing
The new realigned B4115 Ashow Road is opening to the public on Sunday 5 October, we have some final minor kerbstone and signage work to complete. In order to complete these works safely we will need to close B4115 Ashow Road overnight.
The B4115 Ashow Road will be closed overnight from Saturday 11 October until Monday 13 October 2025, 8pm – 6am. The road will reopen to the public at 6am on Tuesday 14 October 2025.

High Speed Two (HS2) is the new high-speed railway for Britain. Balfour
Beatty VINCI (BBV) is working in partnership with HS2 Ltd to build the new
high-speed railway in your area.
The work we will be doing
The new realigned B4115 Ashow Road is opening to the public on Sunday
5 October, we have some final minor kerbstone and signage work to
complete. In order to complete these works safely we will need to close
B4115 Ashow Road overnight.
When these works will take place
The B4115 Ashow Road will be closed overnight from Saturday 11
October until Monday 13 October 2025, 8pm – 6am.
The road will reopen to the public at 6am on Tuesday 14 October 2025.
What to expect
You may notice increased levels of construction activity and some travel
disruption. Access for cyclists and pedestrians will be maintained
throughout the works. There will be a fully signed diversion in place to
help drivers navigate their way. Please see the map on page two.

What we are doing
We recently updated you on works to Rugby Road Overbridge and the permanent road realignment to start on Monday 15 September 2025. These works will now start on Monday 29 September 2025. We require a series of phased traffic management to safely undertake earthworks, utility and highway works.
Phase one: Monday 29 September to Friday 3 October 2025
Two-way temporary traffic lights will be in place 24/7.
Phase two: Monday 6 October to Saturday 1 November 2025. Full road closure will be in place 24/7.
Phase three: Saturday 1 November to Saturday 22 November 2025.
Three-way temporary traffic lights will be in place 24/7.

One final reminder, contrary to some local media reports, there will be two lanes north and two lanes south, open to traffic after the 1st May with a 50mph speed limit in place until we remove the final traffic management on 31st July.

What we are doing
As part of the ongoing works for the construction of the railway we require a full closure of the A46 northbound carriageway. This is to enable the removal and repositioning of the safety barriers back into the verges. Works will take place overnight for one night. The road will be re-opened once the safety barriers are in place and will remain in place until February 2025.
The A46 Northbound will be closed on Friday 25 October, between 8.00pm and 6.00am for one night. Our works will involve a full closure on the northbound carriageway between the Thickthorn Interchange (Leamington) and Stoneleigh Junction.
