Becoming a Stallholder
We get a lot of enquiries from potential new stallholders hoping to attend one or more of our markets. To give you an idea of what is required, all food based stalls need to be registered with the environmental health department of their local council, and have the necessary food hygeine certificates where required. Basic food hygeine can generally be completed online, we have found a company called 'High Speed Training' who we recommend for this if required, as they seem very competitive and professional in what they offer
We also expect you to have your own public liability insurance, which can be found pretty cheaply online, again please contact us for more information.
