2.DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
The Clerk granted dispensation to members for discussion on the budget.
a)Accounts. It was proposed by Cllr. Arnold,
seconded by Cllr. Harbud and agreed to approve matters related to finance as follows:

b)Minutes. It was proposed by Cllr. Maddison, seconded by Cllr. Arnold and agreed by all to approve as a correct record minutes of the meeting held on 21stDec 2018

Information given that Cook’s field tenant is leaving. Rep from FC Sutton Dynamos offered thanks for the donation to defibrillator costs
Budget 2019/20 Members formally ratified agreed figures
Asset rationalisation meeting Cllr Arnold gave a report of meeting held on 9thJanuary. It was agreed to ensure up to date H&S certification is in place. Clerk had obtained quotes for assessments/inspections (tabled) which were agreed and it was agreed that expenditure up to £1000 for each further inspection could be incurred.
Sports Pavilion & Rec Grounds. Some parking issues on Sundays when football matches overlap, Dynamos are taking steps to manage
Jubilee Field No issues
Hawley Pavilion Trustees appointing architects to draw up plans for extension.
Burial Ground No issues
Payback No usage at present

Cllr Arnold reported on waste and recycling collection delays in pat of the villages. DBC have been contacted ad the fault is reportedly congestion at Pepperhill depot.
Clerk informed members of the current situation regarding Station Road: Enforcement notices served, appeal submitted.
