As determined by the planning sub committee; Comments
Erection of a two storey rear extension (including demolition of existing side conservatory) with extended loft conversion to provide additional rooms in the roof space
111 Main Road
Sutton At Hone
Council has concerns that this proposal will impinge on existing off street parking facilities and we highlight the necessity for the proposal to comply with planning regs regarding provision of parking.
Application for Listed Building Consent internal alterations to allow the annex to be used as a separate dwelling (named Sutton House Cottage) with allocated parking and private courtyard
We have concerns that as this is a listed building, any alterations to internal walls should be referred to English Heritage who do not appear to be a consultee
Erection of a single storey extension to garden centre including extension to cafe and kitchen, use of land for external seating area and childrens play area
Hawley Garden Centre
We have concerns regarding noise and disturbance as well as smells and fumes that result from the proposed use and how these might affect the properties which form Leigh Place cottages (Main Road).
Erection of a two storey side extension incorporating demolition of existing single storey side addition
Hawley Road, Hawley
Erection of a single storey rear extension and provision of front and side dormer windows to provide additional rooms in the roof space including reduction in size of existing garage
23 Keith Avenue

Application for removal of condition 6 of planning permission DA/04/00274/COU (annex sole purpose to be incidental to Sutton house and not to be used as separate unit) to allow the annex to be used as a separate dwelling (named Sutton House Cottage) with allocated parking and private courtyard
Erection of a first floor front and side extension
