Details:
Rate payable is taken from the time your session starts and includes time taken to set up and clear away. Minimum Hire charge is £5.
Cancellation fees: £10 if cancelled 28 or more days prior to event. 25% if cancelled with 28 to 14 days of the event. 50% if cancelled between 14 to 7 days of the event. 100% if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
A commercial surcharge of 25% to above rates will be applied to commercial activities.
