As most of you will already know, because of concerns about the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the BLACKMORE VALE CUP has been postponed. It was due to take place on Sunday 22nd March 2020, but has now been put back. It is hoped that it may be played in September 2020.

Regarding the remaining league fixtures, the league have advised as follows: "No teams have to play matches if they do not want to. However, if teams wish to compete it is up to them. Please send results or postponement information to Terry as usual. When circumstances improve a decision can be made by the Committee about completing the season's matches."

The Kops have one BVL game remaining. The Robbers have two. As far as we know there are no postponements yet, but we will continue to monitor the situation.

The Blackmore Vale League AGM, scheduled for 15th April, is "on hold for the time being".

The Dorset League have advised that the National finals are being postponed, and have published ESMBA advice that events with 100 or more attendees should not go ahead. No statements about changes to local events have been made.
