Planters Longleaze Primary

21st April 2019

Weather permitting (it has been wet and cold recently) the RWB Shed has been busy making planters for the local community. The return of fine weather this week allowed completion of six planters which are destined for the playground at the start of the summer term at Longleaze Primary School. These planters were made from wood recycled using a generous donation of pallets from Bray and Slaughter who are constucting the new school building at Wootton Bassett Infant School.

UPDATE: 21st June 2019

The RWB Shed was delighted to accept an invitation on 20th June to see two of the six delivered planters. They are beautifully finished in a light stain (by the school caretaker) and filled with geraniums in pride of place at the front of the school.

John, Mike and Mark from the RWB Shed are pictured with headteacher Mrs Laura Oakes and Dawn Shelley from the Longleaze Primary School parents association.
