Village Hall (Pine Lodge) About Us

Beautiful venue for weddings, parties, reunions, family gatherings & meetings. The hub of Little Milton village life, from exercise classes, children's clubs, crafts, quiz nights to theatre and concerts.

At the north end of the picturesque village of Little Milton on the A329, The Pine Lodge sits in open country with beautiful views across traditional rolling farm landscapes of South Oxfordshire.

This spectacular building completed in September 2005, is a timber frame, lodge style with a vaulted ceiling to the main hall giving it a light and airy feel. The main room is approximately 12.8 metres square with large windows to offer plenty of natural light while the use of wood inside, provides a warm feel to the interior. Conveniently located a few minutes south of Junction 7 of the M40, with easy access from London and Oxford.

Facilities include fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch, large capacity hall for 300 standing and 120 seated banquet style and changing rooms with showers. Plenty of parking and full disabled access. Spread outside to the children’s playground, tennis & football courts and large park to the back.

The building is approximately 2.5 miles and 3 minutes drive south of junction 7 of the M40. As junction 7 only provides access to the M40 in the South-bound direction, from the Midlands leave the M40 at junction 8a and take the 3rd exit onto the A418 heading towards Thame. After half a mile turn right onto the A40. After a further 1.5 miles, turn right onto to A329 which passes back over the M40 and follow the A329 for a further 2.5 miles into Little Milton. The Pine Lodge is the first entrance on the right hand side of the road when entering Little Milton from the northern (M40) direction.

From the South and South West, access is easy via the A329 from the direction of Henley/Reading or via the Oxford ring road from the south west/A34. From the Oxford ring road take the B480 towards Watlington and join the A329 towards Thame after 7 miles just after passing through the village of Stadhampton.
