Any member wishing to play in a county competition next year should email info@wellingtonbowling.club requesting an application form described below, or download one directly from the Somerset BA website. Please return your form to the above email address, with the entry fee, before 15th January 2021 to give Henry time to return a consolidated version before 31st January.

2021 COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS & COUNTY COMPETITIONS

The attached forms require your attention and will soon be available on the ‘Downloads’ section of the SBA website.

Form SBA Comp 1

This is the Individual Championships/Competition Entry Form. It is designed for use by players of either gender. Club Secretaries should make sure they circulate a copy of this form to every member of their Club and ensure completed forms are returned to them with the entry fee by 15th January at the latest. This will give you time to complete and return Form SBA Comp 2 to Charmian Pearce by the 31st January deadline.

Form SBA Comp 2

This form is a Summary Entry Form for completion by the Club Secretary, onto which the number of individual entrants should be recorded as well as the Club’s own entries relating to Turnbull/Fear Cups, Southey Trophy, Hon Sec’s Competition and County League teams.

Form SBA Comp 3

On this form list, alphabetically, all competition entrants who submitted a Comps 1 plus entries to the Hon Sec’s competition. We only need one name for Pairs, Triples and Fours.

Forms Comp 2 & Comp 3 should be typed and posted to Charmian Pearce along with all the individual Comp 1 forms. Please include ONE CHEQUE covering the full amount payable to “Somerset Bowls Association”.
