Our men's team sensationally turned the form book upside down last Friday defeating Premier 1 side Taunton BC in the third round of the men's Top Club competition. Wins for skips Paul Kelly in the triples, Nick Channon in the four-wood singles and Mike Groves in the 4 wood pairs. Mike was playing with Rod Troake, they achieved a remarkable "hot shot" 8 on the 11th end.

Taunton are our second Premier one scalp after we beat Yeovil in the second round.

Our reward is a trip to another Premier one side Ilminster BC on Friday 5th July 6.15pm for the fourth round match.
