Dear Members

Following a number of positive Covid lateral flow tests the Executive have made the decision to close the clubhouse completely for 5 days with immediate effect. This means there will be no admittance to any part of the clubhouse until Monday 6th September 2021.

The members in question have had PCR tests and we are awaiting the outcome of these before deciding if we need to take any further measures.

In addition to closing the clubhouse, all men’s matches and mixed friendlies have been cancelled for the same period.

As we did following the first lockdown, the green will remain open for members to play, if they choose to but if your woods etc. are in the clubhouse you will not be able to access them. Entry will only be by the back gate and only players will be allowed, no spectators.

Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause but as has been stated before the safety and wellbeing of you the member is of paramount importance to us.

Regards

Henry Richbell

On behalf of the Executive.
