Dear Members

We have recently enabled an enhancement which allows members once logged in to Bowlr to use facility to look up other club members name, phone numbers and email addresses and therefore reduce the need to visit the club house.

To access this, once logged in, on the entry screen there is a button on the left hand side with three lines on it. If you click on that button a drop down will appear and in that drop down is an item headed ‘members details’.

If you select this all club members will be displayed and you can scroll down to the person you wish to contact.

Now the executive appreciate that not all members may not want this information available to other club members so, if this is the case please email me and I will arrange for the telephone number and email address to be removed. Unfortunately as this is a list of all members your name will still appear. This information is only available to club members and is fully covered by GDPR
