The Heads Up Mental Health and well Being Charity and Wells Community Shed compliment one another in promoting Community help and values. Heads Up is a charitable Trust providing services for those coping with Mental ill health. Heads Up works across Somerset to support people with mental illness, physical disabilities and learning disabilities, providing a supportive environment enabling hope and empowerment through services and support to all those who need them. Recovery is an objective and can be short or long term and emphasises involvement and a control over one’s life.
