The League Executive Committee has agreed that there is little point holding a formal AGM this year. So, unless 6 clubs disagree with this, there will not be one. There are, after all, no prizes to give out.
The key question is how many teams will clubs be entering next season? We recognise that clubs may lose members this year and it will be very difficult to predict how many will be retained in 2021? Please could member clubs advise how many teams you expect to enter in 2021? We need to know this before the 17th of November in order for a fixture list to be generated for next season. If all teams re-enter we will simply use the same fixture list as we would have used this year.
Following the vote at last year's AGM if a team does drop out we will invite Ilminster to join the league.
Club subscriptions that have already been paid this year will automatically pass onto next year. There remains a small number outstanding.
Next season will commence on Thursday 20th May. Playing every Thursday evening through to the 29th of July.
So, please let me know as soon as possible how many teams your club is hoping to enter in 2021 and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions regarding the above?
