Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament (Devon) 16th-21st September 2018

Dear Club Secretary,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament (Devon) committee.

You may have received my previous email announcing some of the big changes regarding our 2018 tournament. I am writing to you today to announce that we have even more good news. Please find attached our updated poster advertising the tournament, along with the updated entry forms (one for the majority of competitions, and another for Junior singles). As you can see we have had a lot of support from our sponsors and have been able to increase the prize money across all competitions.

We are also trying to support the Juniors who are the future of our sport, can I please ask that you encourage your Juniors to enter this fun competition.

Please may I ask you to print off the attached Poster and Entry Forms and pin them on your clubhouse notice board replacing the previous ones. If you wish for us to send hardcopies instead then please let me know and we can arrange for some to be sent to you.

We have had a lot of interest in this year's tournament and are even attracting some very big names! We look forward to seeing entries from your club.
