STEADY, STRONG & ABLE

This is a new class run by AGE UK KENT RIVERS

At Wilmington Community Church Hall on alternate Tuesdays 10:30am-12noon.

Upcoming dates 21stMay, 4th& 18th June ,2nd & 16th July ( running on alternately )

A class for anyone over 50 who wants to improve their balance , gain confidence after a fall ,improve mobility and strengthen their muscles to help them to live a more active life and stay independent.

Everyone works at their own pace to their own ability, with a fully qualified instructor to help them.

The introductory cost of the classes is £3:50 per session until 2nd July when they will be £5 a session (this price includes an hour of exercise and a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits )
