Basic Conditions

The purpose of the Basic Conditions Statement is to demonstrate that the Winchfield Neighbourhood Plan has been prepared in accordance with the Regulations and how the Basic Conditions, as set out in paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4B to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, have been met.
