Winchfield Parish Council Accounts  for the year ended 31 March 2017 (includes details of payments of £100 and more)
These accounts were approved at the Council's Annual General meeting held on 22 May 2017.

Annual Return
Parish Councils are also required to complete an Annual Return  for external audit at the end of each financial year comprising an Annual Governance Statement and Accounting Statements, accompanied by an Internal Audit Report.

Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014  and Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 (S1 205/234)

Winchfield Parish Council’s Annual Return needs to be reviewed by an external auditor appointed by the Public Sector Audit Appointments Ltd. under the provisions of Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 (S1 205/234) and the NAO’s Code of Audit Practice. The appointed auditor for Winchfield Parish Council is:

Any person interested had the right to inspect the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts and other documents relating to those records or documents. These documents for Winchfield Parish Council were made available for public inspection from 22 June 2017 to 2 August, during which period Local Electors and their representatives were entitled  to question the auditor about the accounts and object to the accounts or any item in them. 

The external auditor has now completed this review of the Annual Return.  There were no matters arising.
