Our aim in linking to village web sites is to provide the resident, prospective resident and visitor with access to sources of general, multi-faceted information about the village, rather than linking to sites identifying specific goods and services such as estate agents, office space, pubs etc.
In compiling these links, we have preferred the village’s own web site wherever this is available and meets the need. However, where information on villages is available only through pages on generic sites, we have shown these links in the About Us page.
arish councils and their work are central to the life of the Wealden villages. In many instances, villages provide information on their own PCs within their sites. Where they do not, we have shown separate parish council sites.
