C&CW Draft Neighbourhood Plan CONSULTATION

Regulation 14 Consultation on the Draft Cliffe and Cliffe Woods Neighbourhood Plan.

After detailed research and local consultation, a Draft Neighbourhood Plan has been published. After assessing the comments, the final version will be submitted to a Planning Inspector and then put before local residents in a referendum. If approved it will become planning policy for the Cliffe and Cliffe Woods Area and any planning application in the area will have to comply with its policies.

There will be a leaflet delivered to all households in the area, am online WEBINAR, Face to Face meetings (subject to COVID19 restrictions).
