Example Only - Cuddesdon Fete 2025

The Fete will be held on Saturday 10th May in the grounds of Ripon College.

It is a fun, annual event for all the village and beyond, is always well attended and raises vital funds for the fabric of the church. The silver band is booked and the first committee meeting has been held.

First of all, we’d like to thank Jean Mackintosh and Waveney Luke for their many decades on the fete committee and although they’ll continue to help on the day, we will miss them as the backbone of this organisation.

The students at the college always step up to help man this event but with the numbers of students at the college much reduced from previous years, we would be very grateful for volunteers from the village to help run stalls and sideshows, so that all the usual attractions to happen.

We particularly need help with the Book Stall, Toy Stall, Beat the Keeper, Skittles and Slippery Pole. If you can help run one of these stalls or give an hour towards running a stall or sideshow, then please contact Marion West or Therese Luke.
