Example: Village Clean-Up Day

Residents are invited to take part in a community village clean-up day organised to help keep the Wallops clean, tidy, and welcoming for all.

Volunteers will be working in small groups across different areas of the parish, including footpaths, verges, and communal spaces. Equipment such as gloves, litter pickers, and bags will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own.

This is a community-led initiative and all residents are encouraged to take part, including families and younger volunteers (with supervision where appropriate).

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor work.
